Malpefresh is a seafood exporter with over two decades of industry experience, built on deep insights emerging from our promoters’ extensive subject matter knowledge, state-of-the-art freezing technology, and a deep commitment to international food safety standards. With units all along the coast of Karnataka, our aim is to provide customers from across the world the best seafood products our state has to offer.
The company was incorporated in Oct 2014 and commenced commercial production in Aug 2017

MOHAMMED IBRAHIM
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Hailing from a fishing family in Colva, Mr Ibrahim has gained extensive experience in seafood processing and export. Moreover, he is well recognised for his work in community development.
ANTONIO LUISFELIX RODRIGUES
DIRECTOR
With over 40 years of experience in the mechanised fishing, freezing, and export industry Mr Rodrigues has also been the Director at Goa’s two biggest fishery associations.
SURESH SHETTY
DIRECTOR
Mr. Suresh Shetty has over three decades of business experience. He currently also serves as Vice President of the Karnataka Hotel Owners’ Association.
KRISHNA PRASAD
DIRECTOR
Mr. Prasad is an electrical engineer by training and also holds a Masters in Business Administration, with over 25 years of experience in maintenance engineering and management.

Mr. Satish Shetty brings to the table over 20 years of diverse business experience in a variety of fields, ranging from the hotel and catering industry to the mining industry.

Hailing from a fishing family in Malpe, Mr Ibrahim brings over 25 years of experience in sea food trading.

Malpefresh and its promoters have been consistently honoured for their work and contributions to the seafood storage and export industry. Our most recent commendations include the Golden Achievement Award from The Institute of Economic Studies and being designated as members of the Marine Products Export Development Authority. Our promoters are also regular contributors to charitable causes and community development programs.
